Accommodation

We have a large patio area with patio furniture and gas BBQ, which leads directly onto the field and down to the River Gartempe, where you can sit and count the kingfishers flying by.

From the patio you can enter the house into the large day room comprising:

• a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and toaster)
• dining area with seating for up to 6 people
• lounge area with comfortable chairs, log-burner, TV with UK channels, DVD player inc DVDs, Hi-Fi system.

There is also a small sitting room that has a sofa-bed, a bookcase full of books and many board games, jig-saws, etc. This leads to a large double bedroom with en-suite (shower, toilet and washbasin).

Outside there is a parking space large enough for at least 2 cars.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one a double, the other a twin and another shower room with toilet and washbasin.

Accessed from outside there is a utility room which has a sink, a washing machine, and a tumble drier.
